All of the reception staff have been working at the clinic for many years and know the basics as well as the all important costings of all our procedures. If you want to know if a procedure is right for you, this is a good place to start and you can then be assured that you are on the right track. Most commonly, the staff can then make an appointment for you at one of the clinics convenient locations, where you can have a free consultation. (Consultations for varicose veins are bulk-billed to Medicare, so please bring your Medicare card with you for these.)

If you like you can make a request for a consultation directly over the internet. Alia Clinic introduced the concept of online consultations some 12 years ago. Simply go to the online consultation page, choose which procedure you are interested in and fill in the form. If you like you can attach a photo or photos of yourself so that we can get a better understanding of your problem. Once we receive your information you will receive a peronalised reply as soon as possible, usually the same day during office hours and promptly on or after the weekend if you fill in the online consultation form on Saturday or Sunday. We try to give you an exact costing if possible. This is usually possible for liposculpture procedures but varies for other procedures as costing for some procedures depends on the number of treatments you may require.

People from the country receive special treatment. We realise that coming to Sydney involves time away from work and home, so we endeavour to make your stay as short as possible. For example, it is possible to book any of our procedures without coming to the clinic for a consultation beforehand. You can fill out the online questionnaire and any pre-operative tests can be done close to home. Many people stay with friends or at local motels and we can get most people back home on the day of, or the day after their procedures at the clinic.
